CHHS THEATRE BOOSTERS MINUTES

December 4, 2007

President Kent Meier called the meeting to order at 7:15 pm.   

Minutes were approved by unanimous vote. The Treasurer’s Report was filed for audit.

Mrs. Koepf gave a report on Children’s Theatre Workshop needs: yarn, felt, Online Sales went very well for Crucible tickets and now for registrations for CTW.  Mrs. Koepf will send a confirmation letter to parents of registered students.  

Jann Lynch (CTW Booster Chair) gave update on publicity that had gone out and also asked for adults to help on Friday night to help decorate the Panther Den. She will also need volunteers to help at Registration, raffle table, etc. Santa Photos will be $10 each, the DVD $10.

            Volunteers: Lisa Garcia volunteered to man the DVD Table/sales. Shiryl Gillaspie is in charge of lunch for participants. Elizabeth Tessler is buying water bottle and candy canes to sell in concessions. Debbie Avery will work concessions on the day of the workshop.

            Raffle: Premier Designs (Kent and Pauline Meier) are donating a His & Her set of watches.; Santa visit donated by Andrew Wayne, BBB back stage passes and 10 tickets.

            Santa Photos: Lions Club will donate the film, use of cameras/printers etc. Lion Henry Del Castillo and his wife will assist on the day of  CTW.

Crucible DVD will be available soon for $10 per. 

ITS: Winter formal on Dec. 15^th on stage at CHHS from 7:15-11:00. Tickets $10 each or $15.00 a couple. Ms. Martin will be in attendance.   

Janelle Casey moved to adjourn, Elizabeth Tessler seconded. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.

Next meeting Jan 8^th, 2008—one week later due to New Year’s Day holiday.
